Our Methodology
At Nicoah Systems we use our project life cycle methodology to
complete successful projects for our clients. Careful analysis of
your business needs is critical to the delivery of a successful
product.
We have 5 major phases within our project life cycle:
Step 1: Define
We start by actively learning about your organization's needs and
goals, so we can determine the best and most cost-effective plan
of action that will help you attain those goals.
Step 2: Design
Once we have agreed on a strategic plan, we develop a clear
blueprint for the solution to your specific needs. This map will
assist when planning the system design. At this stage we
collaboratively work with you to determine and refine your
project's functional, technical and creative requirements.
Depending on the scope of the project, we may break it down in
phases. Clients will usually provide the content and images or we
can help with that.
Step 3: Develop
Through an iterative process we work together to finalize
information, functionality and design. Technical specifications
are finalized, and the design and User Interface is scrutinized
and optimized. We build the solution to the specifications
outlined and approved by you. We then rigorously test to assure
that our deliverables are of the highest quality.
Step 4: Fulfill
Once you have approved the project, in this stage we deploy the
website or software application. We provide training if needed
and answer all questions regarding the project.
Step 5: Support
As a long-term partner, we work with you to update and maintain
the website or application depending on the needs of your
organization.
